Hola Amigos!
Personally, I am not a holiday-oriented person nor am I Hispanic, but since I will find any excuse to eat, drink and avoid studying, I decided to call up Erik to create a celebratory dinner for Cinco de Mayo. The menu: no-nonsense nachos, tacquitos pollo, spicy quesadillas, and homemade ginger-itas. We didn’t have time to make flan, but overall, delicious!
